PAYMENT

You pay at the check-in terminal upon arrival. The terminal takes Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, and BankAxept (regular payment cards). If you want to pay in cash then this must be done using our Citybox-host.

CHECK-IN

When you arrive at Citybox Lite, you check in at our check-in terminal with your reference number. The terminal prints hotel information, and then a key card to your room. The room is ready for check-in by 15:00 on the day of arrival, but you can check in at any time after this.

CHECK-OUT

You must leave the room by noon 12:00 on the day of departure. After this time, the key card will be invalid. If you wish to extend your stay, this can be arranged by contacting our Citybox-host.

MODIFICATIONS

Cancellation deadline is by 15:00 the day before arrival. Send cancellation by email with your order number. If there is anything you are wondering about, please send us an email or call us on +47 38 70 15 70.

ALL ROOMS

contain a desk, reading lamp and chair, a nightstand and a place to hang your clothes. Iron and an ironing board can be borrowed from the Citybox Host Office.

CLEANING

will be done on the departure of the guest(s), but not during short stays unless cleaning has specifically been booked and paid for by the guest(s). During longer stays, the rooms will be cleaned once a week.

TV

are in all hotel rooms and in the hotel lobby.

FREE WI-FI

is available for all Citybox Lite guests. Password is not required to connect to the network.

PARKING

Public parking is available in the back yard of the hotel. Price varies depending on the season. Alternatively, parking is also available at Slottet Parkeringshus (200 meters from the hotel). The price ialso varies here.

SMOKING

is not allowed at Citybox Lite.

BEDS

at Citybox Lite have comfortable frame mattrasses. The double rooms have a small double bed, the family rooms additionally have bunk beds and some have a sofa bed.

EXTRA BED

costs NOK 150 (NOK 125 for a cot), and must be pre-ordered by contacting the hotel directly.

LINEN

is included in the room rate. If you need extra towels, you can get it at Citybox Host Office.

MINORS

do not have access to Citybox Lite without adhering to adults.

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE

is installed at the entrance and in the common areas.

ELECTRIC SCOOTER

can be rented with Ryde. More information can be found in the Ryde app.

PETS

are always welcome at our hotel for an extra NOK 150,- per night. Contact us before your stay and we will get you sorted. Only one dog/cat per room.
